ADD YOUR VOICE TO THE ACTION PLAN!

April 5th, 2006

Portland's Substance Abuse Prevention Plan is a joint project between the Portland CMCA Coalition (Communities Mobilizing for Change on Alcohol) and OMOP Coalition (One Maine One Portland).

These partners are hosting a city-wide public forum to announce results from the Portland Prevention Survey and Needs & Resource Assessment, which had input from more than 500 local youth and adults. The public is encouraged to attend to participate in voting on priorities and strategies for action. These priorities will guide local efforts to dramatically reduce youth substance abuse rates by the year 2010.
