Convened quarterly in-person TA meeting with grantees. 

Participated in Androscoggin Volunteer Administrators statewide conference of peer network members on May 3 in Lewiston.

Co-presented a Volunteer Reception Center Training with MEMA staff for Maine Conservation Corps AmeriCorps Orientation.  Training also attended by Maine VISTA Project members.

Submitted application in collaboration with United Way of York County (UWYC) to Points of Light Institute's National Service Enterprise Pilot Site.  Maine selected as one of eight pilot sites.  Will attend orientation with UWYC Volunteer Center staff on Jun 21 in Washington, DC.

Served as proctor for on-line exam for Certification in Volunteer Administration.

Provided technical assistance to grantees on topics as needed.  Specific topics requested:  Review fiscal reporting requirements & use of system; and Regional Administration of Volunteer Solutions.



Met with VISTA Leaders to implement changes in processes due to staffing level changes. Continue to update procedures as needed.

Reviewed outstanding continuation applications from current sites and conducted follow-up calls and meetings to clarify any issues.

Meeting and webinar provided to Let's Go and partners regarding Maine VISTA Project requirements.

Presented workshop at Life After VISTA training, May 15.

Provided technical assistance to host sites & members regarding performance measurement requirements.



Participated in MCCS staff meetings and Commission meeting.

Participated in quarterly National Service & Volunteerism Council.

Responded to MEMA requests to update website and worked with United Way of Androscroggin County to establish on-line giving for Lewiston Fire Relief Fund.

Participated in Vigilant Guard planning meeting for multi-agency exercise in November 2013.

Participated in monthly Excellence & Expertise Task Force meeting.
