The Maine Commission for Community Service (MCCS) is requesting proposals for the redesign of the web site, VolunteerMaine.org.

Copies of the RFP are available at the MCCS website www.maineservicecommission.gov . Questions about the RFP must be directed to Rochelle Runge through the provided Peer2Peer Forum labeled WEBSITE RFP, here http://www.volunteermaine.org/bulletin-board/ . The deadline for written questions is October 20, 2010 and responses will be posted to the Peer2Peer Forum no later than October 22, 2010.

 

Bidders should submit one (1) sealed hard copy and one (1) CD containing an electronic PDF copy of their proposal clearly marked “RFP #201007750:Proposal for MCCS/VolunteerMaine.org WEB Site Redesign” and deliver to the following address:

Division of Purchases,Burton M. Cross Building, 4th Floor, 111 Sewall Street, 9 State House Station, Augusta, ME, 04333-0009.

Proposals must be received at the Division of Purchases no later than 2:00 PM local time on October 29, 2010; those submitting proposals by mail are responsible for allowing adequate time for delivery, the proposal postmark date is not sufficient. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Proposals received after the 2:00 p.m. deadline shall be rejected. 

The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted under this Request for Proposals.  In addition, the State reserves the right to enter into negotiations with successful Proposer to modify the final project to reflect any changes found to be appropriate.

The opening of proposals shall be open to public attendance. The name of the respondent will be read aloud. No other information will be made available prior to evaluation and award notification. All proposals shall be sequestered from this time until notification of award by the contracting agency after which time they become public record.
